This policy applies to all sales at our retail locations:

Stock items

You may return any item you bought from our stock inventory at regular price within 14 days for a full in-store credit. Items purchased during a special sales event are excluded from our return policy unless noted otherwise.

Special orders

Special orders are orders of standard items that we do not stock at our warehouse and orders of standard items painted with a non-standard motif. A 50% down-payment is required for all special orders. Delivery terms are 90 to 120 days. We reserve the right to retail any special order not picked-up or scheduled for delivery within 30 days after arrival at our warehouse location. In this case the item will be re-ordered from our factory at above mentioned delivery terms.

For very special orders (e.g. pink elephants in stockings dancing around a Christmas tree or the like) we may require a 100% down-payment. Furthermore we may charge a 20% restocking fee or exclude the order from our return policy all together. Of course, we will let you know before you place your order.

Custom orders

Custom orders are orders of items that differ in size and/or layout from our standard items and therefore affect our carpentry department. Due to the large impact on our limited production capabilities we require a 100% down-payment on all custom orders. Delivery terms and returns are otherwise the same as for special orders.
