At mfa/eronga we are constantly working hard to ensure that only the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers. Orders are processed as soon as they are received . Lazy Susans will ship directly from our factory in Mexico. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Backless stools will ship from our store in Tucson, Arizona. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.

What if I don't like an item?

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 21 days of delivery. Please note that only items in "like-new" condition can be accepted for return. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the returned item. What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item please do not discard the original packaging material and call us immediately at (520)-531-1808 so we can file a claim with the carrier. Do not send the damaged item back to us without being instructed to do so. In order to help us assess the damage we may ask you to take a picture of the item and email it to us.
